Privacy Policy

The short version

PKMNTCGDeals is a community-driven Pokémon TCG deals and restock community. Miraidon is our community Discord bot. We collect only what is needed to run community features, we do not sell user data, we do not use user data for advertising, and we do not use user data to train AI or machine-learning models.

What Miraidon does

Miraidon helps operate community features across the PKMNTCGDeals Free server and the Gotta Ping ’Em All Premium server. Depending on the server, Miraidon may help forward approved links, repost community content, process user-submitted success images, support moderation, and provide interactive entertainment features such as games, collections, and music.

Some entertainment features use free in-bot virtual currency. That currency has no real-world cash value, cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be cashed out, and is used only for fun inside the bot.

Information we collect

Miraidon and pkmntcg.deals may store limited information needed for the community features to work.

• Discord user IDs for bot features, attribution, game data, collections, and moderation records.
• Game balances, collection progress, virtual items, and related bot-feature data.
• Message references, image URLs, and images voluntarily submitted in designated community channels.
• Minimal moderation/rule-enforcement records when needed to enforce server rules.

When user-submitted images are processed, EXIF metadata is removed where applicable before storage or reposting.

How we use information

We use information to run bot features, maintain game and collection progress, forward approved community links or images, display success posts, moderate server rules, prevent abuse, and respond to removal requests.

Off-platform storage

Some data may be stored outside Discord so the bot and website can function. This may include Cloudflare-hosted images, hosted image URLs, bot storage files or databases, and website hosting infrastructure.

Stored data is limited to what is needed for Miraidon and pkmntcg.deals to operate.

Data retention and removal

We keep data only as long as needed for community features, moderation, abuse prevention, or site functionality.

Users may request removal of submitted images or related bot data by contacting a PKMNTCGDeals administrator or moderator. Please include enough information to identify the content, such as the Discord account, channel, message link, image URL, or approximate date.

Third-party services

We may use services such as Discord, Cloudflare, Whop, and website hosting providers to operate the community, bot, and website. These services are used only to provide community functionality, hosting, delivery, payment/access management where applicable, and related infrastructure.

Security

We take reasonable steps to limit access to bot data, hosting systems, and administrative tools to authorized maintainers.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Miraidon, pkmntcg.deals, or community features change. When updates are made, the “Last updated” date will be changed.
